How to use

This powder can be boiled in water , strained and consumed. It can be seeped in boiling temperature water for 10 mins, strained and consumed. It can be boiled in milk, sweetener like rock candy can be added and consumed. If you are having constipation , have it with only water and do not add any sweeteners at all. It can be boiled in water and used in regular tea/coffee also for its herbal efficacy. This drink could also be used to wean away from tea/coffee. This drink can be had twice in a day . It can be had alongwith meals like breakfast , lunch or dinner or post meals. It is perfectly safe to have it on empty stomach also.
